- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This company promises so much, often making much of their quality but the reality is that they use lowest cost whenever they can get away with it, arent proactive in preventing problems, dont react when problems occur (eg the loss of a very valuable cargo - no response beyond repeatedly giving us one telephone number, for 3 days) and generally provide poor service whenever it suits them.
